Construction
Tubular Swaged Elements are available in 6mm and 8mm diameter.
Sheath materials include:
 Incoloy
 Mild steel
 Stainless steel
The elements consist of a helically coiled 80/20 Nickel Chrome wire compacted in magnesium oxide and the overall element reduced through swaging rollers to produce a high electrical resistance and high heat conductivity.

 Working temperatures up to 850 degrees C
 Maximum length up to 150" (3810mm)
 High resistance to shock and vibration
 Electrical tolerance – 71/2% on loading
 Working pressures up to 2000 p.s.i.

Terminations:
A variety of termination styles are available on request.
